In the late 90’s, companies started taking a more personal approach
to learning. They began asking for internal ‘online training’
programs which saved them money and was more conducive to their time constraints.
We were careful that the modules we developed would not lack the personal
touch that only classroom training could provide. We developed a more personal
approach to learning, and we called it ELearning.
We added interactivity to the program so the trainee is involved in the
training process and the student's decisions determine the outcome. There
are interactive testing modules after each unit, so the student can make
certain the module is fully understood. We also added instructional video
so the personal touch would not be lost.
ELearning is a fairly new product in the computer industry. The technologies are advancing at a rapid pace. At CTTS, we have a full time staff who research technological enhancements daily and implement those new additions into our clients' projects.
